shockingly bad service

I've been trying to cancel my subscription with Dstv since October 2018. Have called, emailed, send a message on FB, send a message on the website. No joy, so tried calling again and spoke to a Ntombi who frankly struggle to breathe and stay awake at the same time. Zero effort to even try and assist. Shocking service, NO feedback or rather the absolute minimum communication with no effort nor inclination to assist.
