Shocking Streaming Service and App

Well once again DSTV Multichoice have exceeded all expectations with their shocking service and *********** support. As of Thursday they upgraded their app and once again all one receives is a black screen when you try streaming. This was experienced before when they corrected the problem with version 2.4.5 of the app. One cannot talk to the service reps as they are clearly working off a standard question sheet and do not have a clue. When you request a ref for your complaint, you are informed that they do not work on a ref system, just wait and we will look into it for you......... If it were not for the sport offering, DSTV would be a spec on the horizon, with no clients. DSTV Multichoice you are truly the pits.
