Shocking service with dstv rewards

I won an upgrade for a month in November 2021 with Dstv Rewards. It is almost the end of february 2022 and this reward has still not been received. I enquired on the facebook chat about it in December 2021 and was told the upgrade was scheduled for 2 Feb 2022. Well that date came and went and still no upgrade. I enquired again on 4 Feb and was told my query has been escalated. I enquired AGAIN on 11 Feb and got the same story. And with every enquiry i am asked the same details - name, surname, id, phone, address, last payment date. It seems no one in this company has thought of giving customers enquiry numbers for follow ups. Its highly frustrating! The service is pathetic. Non existent even. But when they want to sell you something, they are quick. They should just stop this rewards system if they cannot fulfill the rewards won. Maybe i too should join the thousands that got rid of Dstv.
