SHOCKING SERVICE OF DSTV

The most disgunting and disfunctional company. At end April 2023 there was a debit order against my account of R2447 for normal premium view. I have contacted DSTV who advised me I have activated streaming. I have not activated streaming and why would I, I wasn't even aware that a person could activate streaming on DSTV. This is not the first time that DSTV activated some services on my account without my consent, even insurances. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS AND STATEMENT . DSTV just do as they please. They even had the nerve to deduct for the following month in advance. This is a sick story and I have come to the conclusion every month you have to scrutinize anything transaction of DSTV. I actually despise DSTV. They are really argumentative.
