Shocking service no response

Dstv poor service. I called again to enquire on insurance. Apart from their bad telephone reception. The consultant was going to call me back. She called twice only to be on a line where I couldn't hear her at all or a line thats dead. Xwe pay insurance incorrect charges debited to us for this poor *********** service. We need to motivate for another service provider.
