Shocking Service from DSTV Streaming

Shocking service.I Subscribed to their streaming service and paid by credit card.After spending hours with their helpchat for two days I still had no service and cancelled and demanded a refund.I received an email from them confirming the cancellation and refund request.Now after nearly 4 weeks and again spending hours and hours with them on direct messaging still not received a refund.Have declared a dispute with my credit card provider.
