Shocking service from DSTV

I am amazed that DSTV is still in business, the most unprofessional & chaotic service that I have ever experienced. Went to an agency to sign up for the Compact plus package & paid for my first month. They could not get my channels activated, called the next day & the dstv call centre could not assist me, therefore I have paid but received no service, absolutely disgusting service & I will be canceling & hope to get my money back, but not holding my breath!!!!!!
