Shocking Service from DSTV

Since Saturday, the 8th of June 2019, I have been battling to get a picture on my screen from the Dstv. After R250.00 airtime this issue is still not resolved. They don't call you back and issues are never escalated to management. But if you don't pay, then they are quick to cut your services. If you want value for money rather get OVHD. You won't get the same packages but atleast there is no nonsence like I had to put up with.
