Shocking service!!!

I have phoned DSTV 5 times to speak to someone about the price lock deal. Every time I call, I get told a sales consultant will call me back. This has been going on for months!! I sent a whatsapp... no help. I sent a facebook message... no help. I don't know what to do anymore to get someone to phone me!!! This is most shocking service and if someone doesn't call me by the end of Wednesday 31 March, we will be cancelling and I will be letting everyone know of the insanely revolting service we get from you!! You charge an exorbitant amount of money every month, which is why I'm sure you couldn't care less about losing customers!!!
