SHOCKING SERVICE DSTV
DSTV has a shocking turn around time regarding the Change Of Ownership. I paid for my DSTV to be swithch back on on Saturday 14.08.2021 and to date still have no services on my DSTV. Previously on a commercial account on my name and now wanting to reconnect my DSTV onto a residential package they informed me that I would require to change ownership. i did the on Monday and it's Thursday today and still after calling numerous times and send numerous e-mails it still shows that the commercial side of DSTV still has not changed my ownership to my private capacity. I mean I was first told that it would take 24 hours then when that lapsed it was changed to 48 hours which has lapsed. i have just called the commercial side and it keeps referring me to the residential DSTV division. The service is SHOCKINGLKY BAD.....
