Shocking service by a monopoly company

I have a PVR decoder and pay for the top bouquet which costs R900 per month. DSTV want everyone owning a PVR to upgrade to an Explora decoder and if you don’t they cut your signal up to 4 times an hour and delay rescanning to take 10 mins. If you’re lucky you get 10 mins viewing per hour for the princely sum of R900. No matter how many times I’ve checked my decoder (functional) and signal ( functional )
