Shocking Service
Absolutely shocking service from the DSTV Call centre and the Live: Octavia. Yes naming and shaming. The myDSTV app is not working when claiming specific rewards: Udemy. Matter reported and escalated: 1. 5 April 15h10 -- 12 mins 2. 8 April 11h32 -- 13 mins 3. 12 April 16h10 -- 32 mins 4. DSTV chat: Octavia -- was like speaking to a Bot. What will it take to get help?
