SHOCKING SERVICE AS USUAL!

<p>On 15th June my |Repairer and I both spoke to Precscilla at the call centre regarding the breaking up of my programmes all the time. REF. NO. 294357I247 and was informed that someone would contact eithermyself or the repairer about either someone from their seervice department coming out to see what the problem is as they were advised bby the Accredited Installer/Repairer 31037MC - NAVTRONICS who were here at the time that there have been numeous complaints of this nature and it was according to Multichoice the original Smart LNB that uas instaslled in my Pricelock Installation (which was originally also a b ig problem and Multichoice had to refund me money for bad service and installation on the original installation that was done, not from the dealer mentioned above, namely it was RPL INTEGRATED SYSTEMS 9PTY0 LTD. i called and spoke to Dav id Sphahlamohoaka yesterwho advised me that someone would DEFINATELY AND HE REPEATED DEFINATELY ring me this marning after 10 as I was at church until then. *** which of course has not happened. After numeerous calls, one of which Ndokozo this morning advised me she had whilst I was on the call to David an e-mail and copy me which was of course once again NOT DONE. She also gave me a number ********** 000 which turned out to be a non-existant number. I was then told to rind ********** 22 which could n ot help etc. etc. THESE CALLS COST ME MONEY which is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!</p>
