Shocking service as usual

I have never ever in my entire life have to deal with such *********** nincom****s ever, your service sucks and has gone to the dogs to say the least no customer service whatsoever you guys are full of ****, you're very quick in suspending people's services when no payment is made, when u feel that u want to threaten people u do as u please you're doing all this **** because you know that you have no competition and that we are forced to pay for your services, you forget that you're being paid your salaries from our hard earned cash and yet you treat us like **** and fail to render proper customer service because you don't have an idea what customer service is from agent to supervisor and your entire hierarchy you're useless and don't know why you're there, I have been calling your useless call Centre with *********** stuff as usual and still haven't got any assistance I don't know how many complaints I have already logged here and still no one bothers getting back to me, clearly your customers aren't as important yet you're chawing their hard earned cash and don't deliver services being paid for I hope this is the last time I log a complaint hopefully someone useful if there is any left will have decency to return my call because your little ****** bags have decency to assist clients all they know best is to put clients on hold forever and pass the bug iam shocked to even hear that you don't even return clients calls but hey anything is possible with you guys, you're not even ashamed of all the complaints that fed up customers put on social media because you don't care shame on you dstv you low down dirty shame of a company
