Shocking service and incompetence

We have been trying for days to log into our DSTV account, to no avail. The agents at the call center are unable to assist with the problem. They say they will escalate it and that will take a few hours, but when we try again, the same problem exists! We are ready to cancel our PREMIUM subscription!
