SHOCKING SERVICE

I have just received a bill for R2398.00 when I am supposed to pay R846.17. I have tried hopelessly to get hold of someone, anyone that can assist me but it seems that they have no clue what they are doing. I have tried the website, whatsapp and now Facebook. They ask for my ID number and then they ignore me. I am at the point now of cancelling DSTV altogether because I am completely fed up with their incompetence.
