Shocking Service

<p>I sent a query to Multichoice on the 10/11/16 and it has still not been resolved. Unknown to me I have been paying On Air and Multochoice for my Explora since December 2014. On Air approached me to purchase the Explora which I agreed to. When I contacted Multichoice to activate the Explora, they simply added a deduction for the Explora to my monthly account. Whilst asking them to activate the Explora I was very clear about the fact that I had purchased it from On Air. As the payment period is coming to an end I asked them to send me a statement as I never receive statements. They sent me a Multichoice statement instead of an On Air one and that is when I saw that they had added a deduction for the Explora. After numerous emails and phone calls this has still not been resolved. You can never speak to the same consultant as they do not know each other and apparently they do not have a telephone list of staff extensions. Managers are never available for you to talk to when asked and they simply block you when asking for a Manager to take the call. I have provided them with proof of the double deductions. With this kind of service I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription after more than 20 years. I would really like to know if I am ever going to be refunded for the double deduction.</p>
