Shocking service
To watch the World Cup rugby I thought I would try and reconnect to DSTV. I tried it and didn't like it and don't mind paying the 1 month subscription. However when I checked my DSTV account it stated that I owe R2097, that is for 2 streaming subscriptions. I called the call centre twice to discuss this and both times I was told that I don't owe them anything. But today they have debited my account with the R2097. They claim to be open from 07:00 to 23:00 seven days a week including public holidays which doesn't appear to be true. It is now 07:30 and they still haven't taken the call stating that they will open at 07:00. I find the whole experience with DSTV shocking and a total waste of time.
