SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

On the 08/11/2015, I submitted all the forms required by DSTV to change ownership of a decoder and was told this will take 24-48hours. I phoned on the 09/11/2015 and was informed that it can take up to 3 working days for the change of ownership. This was not what was original said to me, I then phoned on the 10/11/2015 and was informed that there is nothing that can be done because they are back-logged and not sure how long this will take. By now I was frustrated and gave it 1 more day for them to sort it out. I phoned again on 10/11/2015 and spoke to Molly Mwandla who asked me to resend documents to her email so she can try to process it, after being on the phone for over an hour (Wasting more than R200 airtime) the call was cut and I received an email saying it is being processed. When I called in again, spoke to Bongani Ngunbane he said no documents were uploaded once again so i had to resend. I'm being pushed from pillar to post and this is quite frustrating. Please can you inform me on when this change of ownership will take place as I would like to have my extra view activated ? Thank you.
