Shocking service

Im so shocked with the level of service and all the wrong information I'm getting from the call center agent. My debit order is due tomorrow and today I received an sms to say they cut my service.. Yet on the 4th of July I received an sms saying my installment will go off on the 7th of July. When I called the call center,they are having service issues and cuts the call on me. I will not pay extra to reconnect when it's not my fault..
