Shocking Service
My fiancé was contacted by DSTV offering us a package of R 789.00 including the explorer 2, installation, wifi connector etc on the 26th April already. When we returned the call a consultant was not too sure about the offer and kept having to check with management for clarity and has not given us a clear indication to what we wanted to enquire. • We have the full package with DSTV fro about 8 years now. When we do get a call they ask if someone else has been in touch and thats that. I find it fascinating but am not surprised. Its South Africa and we must simply accept this poor service as its the norm. That is what happens I guess when there is a monopoly
