Shocking Service

<p>I have received the most shocking and pathetic service from Multichoice. I have on many occassions tried to resolve my query, all I get is promises, no feedback, I have to constantly follow up. Been dealing with a team leader Samukelo Ntuli in the Price lock department, he has on many occasions promised to get the Operations manager to call me to date I have received no calls. Today my service was suspended, he refuses to answer his phone, yet has been responding to my emails. I want this Operations Manager, who i'm told has left and someone by the name of Antonio in his place to call me today, better yet, I have no problem speaking to the CEO directly. She/he needs to understand what a poor business they running. I am stunned at the level of unprofessionalism in your Junior Management totally shocking to find a company of this magnetude so extremely poor and unprofessional. I will be waiting for a call, which i anticipate to receive in the next 3 months. </p>
