Shocking Service!

I pay my DSTV subcription annually in advance. Customer number ********** in my husbands name. As I never receive a statement I am never exactly sure when it is due. I received an sms on the 6/12/2016 saying that I owed R585 - I paid this via eft which reflected on the 8/12/2016. On the 7/12/2016 I went to PNP Liberty Mall, PMB to pay the balance in cash. As their machines cannot accept large payments I paid 3 amounts of R3000, R3000 and R2700 which I have receipts for.

I received an sms in January requesting payment so I phoned the call centre on the 1/2/2017 and spoke to Thobile Tshabalala to check what was wrong - I was informed that the payments of R585, R3000 and R2700 were reflecting so I had shortpaid. One payment of R3000 was not reflecting. I emailed the POP to her - email address **********
A while later I received another sms asking for payment. I phoned the call centre on 8/2/2017 and spoke to Rethabile Dinalae - still nothing reflecting so I emailed the POP again - email address - **********
A while later I received anther sms asking for payment. I phoned the call centre on the 17/2/2017 and spoke to Thabang Mamogobo. He was really helpful and keen to sort out the problem and I actually had some hope that it would be sorted out. He email my POP to the unallocated funds department - email address ********** and cc'd me in the email so I could see he had done it. He also said he would escalate the query, The POP he sent them wasn't very clear so I sent another copy not realising that every time you email them a different reference number is allocated so my reference numbers are: ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** and ********** . Needless to say - no response has been received.

On the 2/3/2017 I received another sms asking for payment - a pattern is emerging here!

I spoke to Evelyn Ramongie on the 2/3/2017 refence number ********** /i61 - she said she would re escalate the query.

I phoned again on the 9/3/2017 to check if anything had been done and spoke to Theophilius Mdluli. He said it was pointless re escalating the query - I must wait until the escalation department sort it out.

How long must I wait?!

Is 3 months to sort out a payment query not enough?

Seriously at the end of my tether now!!!
