SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE ETHIC.

DSTV offered a 6 months special on Premium to which I responded. Since then I have had nothing but trouble trying to get the correct amount debited each month

I have wasted many many hours of my time following up and communicating with them to have a complaint attended to since April.... 5 MONTHS!!!!! Can you believe this??

During this time the agent dealing with the matter has on 3 OCCASIONS promised to revert to me...only for weeks to go by with no response. Time and time again they promise to escalate it and have been "trying to locate the voice record of our conversation".

NOTHING HAPPENS.
