SHOCKING INSURANCE COVER BY MULTICHOICE

Please don't insure your decoders with Multichoice. I have had severe ligtning strike which completely ruined the decoders. Went to Benoni agent decoders changed, however they are not replacing the power supplies as it is not insured. You have to buy others. So what is the use of having insurance through Mulichoice, rather insure through you own insurance. I am definitely going to cancel my insurance with Multichoice immediately. What a joke. When there is ligtning strike it first goes through the power supply but they don't cover it. What a joke!!!!!
