Shocking DSTV service

We have been trying to get my elderly Dad connected to the full bouquet of DSTV since Friday. He is in a locked down retirement establishment. He wants to watch sporting events while being restricted to his apartment. After numerous phone calls and more than 80 WhatsApp conversations DSTV is still not able to connect him to the premium package. Shocking service.
