Shocking DSTV “service”
I logged a call 3 weeks ago as the DSTV Now app keeps freezing when trying to cast. Request after request for resolution or feedback has fallen on deaf ears and I am still struggling. All I hear is “the problem has been escalated” all attempted correspondence goes unanswered. I am unable to watch this platform for almost a month now but they will still charge me full fees. All other platforms work perfectly
