Shocking DSTV service
I paid for dstv streaming on the 24/3/2022 via debit card . My dstv was never activated . R699 went off my account with ref dstv Cape Town . After numerous attempts to get proof of payment to them they just keep sending me from one place to another . Agents keep you waiting online or on the phone for almost an hour to just say sorry they can’t help you or they just cut you off. Apparently management is never available or give no response . Now I lost R699 and have no dstv . I have spent days trying to sort this but nobody at DStv can help a person or trace your payment .

08 Apr 2022, 06:28Please beware of how DSTV **** people . They give you card payment options for streaming but your dstv will never be activated and you will loose the money. After weeks of phoning speaking to useless agents and sending proof of payments numerous times you will be told they cant trace your payment and worse of all your bank statement that shows the transaction is not proof of payment at all. They leave you hanging when you phone for almost an hour while they check and then put the phone down on you while you wait desperately for them to sort it out. MAYBE JUST MAYBE you will get someone to activate it but don't get too excited it is only activated for a day then you back at square one.
ITS VERY SAD THAT WE USE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SUPPORT DSTV AND GET TREATED LIKE THIS.
