Shocking DsTV self help sites

I don't know who designed the new interactive sites for DsTV, but they are worse than useless. The DsTV self help used to be so easy to use, now it is complicated and you are never quite sure where you are going to end up. I have been trying to cancel my DsTV and Showmax subscriptions for over a week. They are quick to take your money with links to reconnection sites, but try cancel - it is shocking. I am not going to use DsTV again for personal reasons and I need to cancel it. Does that sound complicated, it doesn't to me, but it is beyond the DsTV menu's and sites comprehension. Please DsTV, just cancel my subscription.
