Shocking dstv and Showmax customer care

Still waiting … four escalations from Showmax and a call from DSTv to see why I can’t access on only tv and the other on my phone. No private messages please. Be open and say why your customer care is so bad or your technicals skills so poor. Is my new ultra at fault? Sort it out because I won’t stop
