Shocking customer service shocking box office

Absolutely shocking service from the Sunday Call Centre Team. Operator Lucy was very rude, sighed on the call, refused to help me, was totally uninterested in helping me. I wouldn't have her working in my company. She is not an ambassador for your business.

I haven't had any new movies on box office for 3 weeks. Dstv haven't done their updates. I just keep being told they'll escalate but nothing happens.

I think I'll just cancel this pathetic service.
