Shocking customer service
I have been waiting for a refund for more than 3 weeks. I have received an email 8 days ago that my refund has been processed i should wait 72 hours to clear. Guess what? i phoned yesterday to query this i was told by Abonga that he cannot assist me i should go to the branch. Refund has not been processed. I better get a reponse. I want my refund today.
