Shocking customer service

Unable to get my service restored for past 4 days even after numerous calls. Have spent in excess of R400.00 in airtime and to date have had the run around absolutely shocking service. Even though you pay for a device, there is absolutely no customer service the saying of going the extra mile for multichoice is non existent. Happy to take your money and through no fault of mine, unable to meet their obligations
