Shocking Customer service.

I waited 15 minutes before getting assistance. I then received the worst customer service from Iviwe Komteni. She couldn't resolve a technical query with DSTV stream and then requested for ID numbers and other details. When I said I want to call the account holder she simply canceled the chat and I had requested a call back from her manager. I resolved the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the Dstv stream app, which clearly didn't require the Account holders details since this was a technical query.

Now I understand why DStv is struggling and I'll be closing the account soon, since I'm the one paying for my mother.
