Shocking customer service

I cannot begin to express the level of agitation I am feeling now to top it all had to deal with a call center agent from hell with an attitude the size of the world a girl or lady whatever she calls herself by the name of Nomvula Khumalo who is placed as a face of the company yet she is the one who belittles customer with her stinky attitude of I cannot believe a company the size of MultiChoice has no Team leader or Manager to come to the phone when required WOW..,.once upon a time a person who really is dedicated to do their work once managed to clear up an error on one of my decoders E143 yet this *********** lady saw fit an attitude from her will help resolve the issue well I am up to my outmost irritable level with the type of service MultiChoice delivers and really don't think it's worth anyone actually wasting time and money on their services
