SHOCKING COMPANY

I was called by Multichoice at the end of August advising me that I would receive a present by courier from them thanking me for my loyalty as a DSTV user. I have called them to enquire when I could expect to receive this apparently a "picnic set" called on 7th and 20th September spoke to Machere Chabaku and Kwanele Mhlongo also a supervisor, Mahadi Njokweni who promised faithfully that she would call back to advise when I would be receiving the SMS to call "On The Dot" Couriers" who would be delivering it to me. It is now the 26th September, 2018 When am I going to receive this? I did not ask for this, why the promise of something you were not prepared to deliver at all? What kind of company are you? Definately Not professional at all and we have to pay so much to look at re-runs all the time!
