Shocking bill that makes no sense.

I took out Price lock the lady I spoke too Telephonically said it will cost me R550/Pm for everything now on the statement it's an amount completely different. I called in 4 times no agent could assist they keep on saying they Escalated the matter, I would call back to check the status. Still no feedback. Ot

Another matter is I received an email form DSTV explaining that I have Disney plus for free for a total of 3 months till June 2023.Guess what after requiring them to activate my free subscription they charged me the monthly premium too.
