Shocking

Shocking. My dstv was cut due to non payment. I have a debit order which was canceled not by me. So I paid the amount outstanding via the payment link and two minutes after that receive and sms stating I have to pay 1927 otherwise I will be disconnected. I go into app and see it is due today. The scary thing is that another account number is also attached to me which is NOT MINE. tried to find out from the call centre and was told it's a system error. So if I paid on that sms whose account is it? The call centre says I am up to date but app Saya they don't know whose account it is on the app attached to my profile. Shocking shocking shicking. Call center then says not to worry about it I am up to date. Don't buy this. So whose account am I also paying for?????????????
