shocked with the servive horrible

In September our dstv was suspended when i phoned I was told that the reason for that we had a dstv and mnet connected to our account. That we did not make a payment we never had mnet on our account the person that helped me said she will take a look at it and come back to us which never happened I had to call on a daily basis having to spend money on calls and every time i was told it was a mistake on their side and a general will be done eventually my request was done after weeks of struggling and we were told that because we made payment for something we did not have our account is in credit for the pass 2 weeks we unable to watch tv yet again and every time i phone they reset the error on their side but it only works for 10min than we back to where we were. On Saturday i phoned in again and spoke to Mashepo i was shocked at the way she handeled my query according to her we on the R699 package which we not suppose to be on she kept on putting me on hold for a very long time and did not seem as if she wanted to assist i had to drop the call after 15 min on hold with still no help. Can someone PLEASE ASSIST OR DO WE JUST PAY FOR SERVICE WE DONT USE ELAINE
