<p>I went to one of the Multichoice branches in Maponya Mall as I wanted to downgrade since I'm on maternity leave for 6 months and the is no way I'm gonna afford R345 while I earn half of my salary..I was told I can't but why is that when you wanna upgrade its very easy.Next thing of I can't pay I'll end up paying almost R1000.I know you can downgrade..Can they stop lying to us and do their jobs</p>
