Shocked

<p>I'm so disappointed with their service..I know that I have to R348 insurance included.The first time I called to install the lady is said I will have to pay my first payment on the date suitable for me then suddenly my account has been suspended.I asked her nicely if I should pay she said first month it's free.Now I'm really confused.I called now the is no insurance included.</p>
