Multi choice approves companies to services us & they do ****ty work. The kind of installation that was done is not right so because I didn't get their number early to call them they refuse to help. This company called SatVision their technicians joined an old cable which we found when we moved here they did not use new cables & always this cable creates a E48-32 code. Finally I get hold of Thami who is rude & tells me he will not rectify this because it's over 3 months
