Ever since I got DSTV i have received the worse service i have ever experienced. First of all the customer service department never calls back even though they confirm your cell phone number. I have wasted hundreds of rands, wich i will claim back, to get my service connected after it has been disconnected for no apperent reason. My pvr functionallity works when it wants to. I get up in the morning to a meesage that say you service has been suspended almost everyday. I could not even watch the Rugby world cup semi final NZL VS Springboks even though i made numerous calls to the so called service centre. All the service centre can say is \we will reconnect you shortly"what a lie. I want to know a way forward as i am tired of dealing with incompetant people at the call centre. If i wake up one more time to be greeted by that **** message im gonna loose it."""
