Shine Prudence Makina Shine
My payment for DSTV was unallocated and led to a disconnection this past weekend (Sunday). I tried the Whatsapp option which led to me emailing the proof of payment through. They still did not resolve it. On Wednesday I decided to call and spoke to Prudence Makina. After being on a short call with her, I was immediately reconnected. This is commendable service.
