Shifty service from dstv internet

Worst experience received ever. And very disappointed with the service. Almost the new month and still don't have the data I paid for and should have received. Worst service provider. Snd dorrhvyo say the only reason I'm using their TV service is due to kyknet. Otherwise not worth it. Kyknet please can't I just sign up with you alone.
