<p>Hi my date was closed when l woke up on Monday due to the fact l had a balance l needed to pay,immediately l paid the balance via transfer and usually it takes few minutes to switch on yet it did not just told myself will call date at work,called date spoke to a lady named Sithembisile what a rude clueless lady people like her really make us wonder why they are in customer care,asked to speak to her superior she made me hold forever,l dropped the call called again and spoke to Bongiwe Mlindwa even took her name down her assistance was immaculate she knows why she's on the other line anything she did not understand she just said can l hold so she consults her superior staff like her are an asset to a company l wish her all the best for solving my querri.</p>
