She dropped a phone on my ear.

This morning , my dst went off I immediately phone *** at 08:02 spoke to a lady #african she mentioned her name that start with P. She asked for my I'd number and went into my account , She told me I'm owing and I am a bad payer when I told her she is not explaining the billing properly , I told her to look at my payment record as I've mentioned from sep till dec I was unempoyed and had beeen trying to pay my acc . So she basically was rude for I am not binded by any contract with dstv and I don't think anyone has a right to call me a bad payer for its just a once off payment and not an ongoing service. I had been working in a telecommunication for 5 years not even a single day I had dropped a call on a client no matter how difficult it is for them to understand billing. This is totally unappropriate of her judging me and I find very rude of her when I had been assisted properly by another gentleman later on who was patient with me and made me understand. I don't work for multichoice and you have since stopped posting me magazines and billing I had query that since last year and still nothing happened I've accepted that I won't get magazines but for her to treat me like that
