She deserves a bonus

I called in this morning regarding my DSTV app that was giving me an error when linking my account. The call was picked up by a friendly lady by the name Mpolayi(excuse the spelling). She was very helpful and went over and above her mandate to assist me in resolving the issue. She could've transferred me to another department but opted to take matters into her own hands and I must say, she did a sterling job. Well-done, keep being the best at what you do. We need more people like you :)
