Multichoice is a *****! Two years after cancelling our subscription via the self service facility, they have handed us over to a debt collector called Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates claiming we owe them R141.77...SERIOUSLY? Multichoice seem to forget that when our price lock contract came to an end [27 August 2022] and we phoned to cancel our subscription, their consultants **** and said we still have 4 months left on the price lock BUT come the month of September [a few days after phoning] and they debit an out of contract amount! DOESN'T THAT MEAN THEY OWED ME MONEY? Besides why didn't they debit what I "owed" in 2022!

I made payment earlier this week to the "debt collector" with POP emailed to them BUT I'M STILL RECEIVING THE LETTERS. Is this company a ****?
