Shannon or Shallen was utterly disappointing
I called Multichoice and spoke to Shannon or something, I was inquiring regarding the compact plus for R460.00 I tried making the changes via whattsapp. I had no picture on the extra channels. She was not paying attention and just wanted for the call to end, which I eventually had to put down since she kept on saying she cannot hear me. First and foremost how does an employee not know of a special you are running, despite it being advertised on TV??
